Who We Are
Travel and ritual are at the heart of our inspiration, shaping how we share yoga and wellness. Our combined training offers a multidimensional perspective, honoring both ancient wisdom and modern approaches. Together, we create experiences that are educational, intentional, and deeply rejuvenating.

Our Ethos
The concept of becoming spherical is a central understanding that humans are divinely geometric. Everything in nature is a circle and reflective of a spiral.
becoming spherical
We do no harm and understand our place as a small piece of the greater whole we exist within.
of service
We always seek to have the curiosity of a student. Always open to new ideas, structures, and practices.
learner's posture
What we seek to share and teach are ideas we have experienced and contemplated first. We share what we know and the things we are curious about.
intentional creation
We seek to find the mediation between polarities. We ask the question what is the crossroad between these different ideas?
seeking mediation
Devotion is love and loyalty to oneself and one’s rituals. We hold ritual close, rather than rigidity.
devotion over discipline
